The Inner Circle is an invite only 3-month personal coaching experience with 1-on-1 interactions that has enrollments twice a year. This is a focused 5-week group training program with live coaching sessions and written Q&A interactions. The original Inner Circle has the same training, more calls, direct 1-1 interactions, and significantly higher price. This one you'll get the same training on a shorter time-frame and while still having the opportunity to ask your questions to Dan.
We will reach out shortly with an onboarding email - detailing what to expect, call links, dates with times, and everything you need.
Sessions will be recorded and shared with all participants, so you will not miss out on anything.
No. Dan's curriculum works for people at all levels, from those just getting serious about training to experienced athletes. We usually have these groups of people enroll in every cohort of the Inner Circle; regular working people, fitness enthusiasts, competing athletes, military personnel, older longevity focused people and fitness coaches.
You can ask for a refund in the first week of the program if you don't think it is a good fit.
Subject to change by Dan, but currently, 7am and 7pm Mountain Time on Wednesdays.
We will be using Zoom to hold the sessions. We will give you all the information to join the calls when you enroll and happy to assist you, if it is your first time using this application.
There won't be any live workouts for this program. This is graduate level training that will bring results to all areas of your life and fitness beyond simple programs, although you can ask Dan questions on any program you want in the Q&A's.
